Smart Operator just got smarter! The system will now run a self-diagnosis and alert users whenever an anomaly is detected. This feature will pop up a system alert when it detects such events as new machine changes, will automatically notify users if a game name is missing or even if hopper weight aren’t entered! Plus much more!
This feature is included free in the base system! Smart Operator is the ONLY product on the market with such advanced technology and new features are being added all the time! Smart Operator is truly the only intelligent choice – literally!

New High Cash Capacity Dual Drawer!
In response to requests from our customers we have now developed a system that allows larger Operators to specify two cash drawers as an optional extra module for Smart Operator.
The two cash drawers are completely controlled by the new Smart Operator software and can be opened simultaneously or either one separately. This opening option(s) is now a new configurable feature within the set up software of the Smart Operator system.
This new option is perfect for larger venues or operators that would like greater configurability for their cash drawers such as one for cancelled credits and one for refills. Additionally Smart Operator's technology is so advanced it will open the correct drawer at the correct time!
