Smart Operator base system:
The Smart Operator base system comprises of the following:
• Fully integrated (commercially rated) touch screen computer: Smart Operator operates from a single touch screen monitor behind the bar with a minimal footprint. No clunky computers, keyboards or mouse to contend with. Just a single screen which will notify venue staff of all operational issues. Additionally, with the purchase of a wall mount module you can affix the screen to a wall leaving valuable bar space intact!
• SID (Staff Information Display) Software: Fortune’s exclusive Staff Information Display runs on the touch screen terminal above and provides venue staff with specific real time alerts such as cancelled credits, hopper refills, jackpots, machine faults etc the instant they occur.
• Qcom Sniffer Unit: Fortune’s fully DIA approved exclusive ‘sniffer unit’ is installed into the gaming room itself and retransmits the data received off the Qcom data network directly to the Staff Information Display above.
• Installation cables: Smart Operator is installed with relative ease and as every venue is different installation costs are priced on a case by case basis – however all fibre optic cabling required is included in the price.
• Smart Operator Manual: Smart Operator comes with a full operations manual.
