Machine Downtime costs money! To efficiently service and maintain machines all their faults (both trivial and serious) must be effectively identified and remedied quickly. Smart Operator is the perfect product to achieve this.
Smart Operator will immediately identify and notify operators and/or their service company of three types of machine faults:

Venue fixable faults: eg coin jams, hopper jams etc. Smart Operator will advise the venue staff in real time that these have occurred so they can be instantly remedied.

Repetitive faults: eg coin mech rejects, note validator reject etc. These types of faults can be invisible to the operator unless players specifically complain about them. Players however tend to just work around these faults in other ways. Smart Operator will log all of these faults per machine so that technicians doing the regular machine maintenance can have a machine specific report that identifies these problems for them to be rectified.

Fatal faults: eg machine down. Smart Operator will identify these faults in real time and instantly advise the venue operator and/or the machine service provider by email. Service provider technicians can respond to the fault immediately knowing the exact nature of the fault and therefore equipped with the parts and components necessary to repair it
Smart Operator will immediately notify operators and if desired their service company via email as soon as the fault occurs. In fact Smart Operator is so efficient at fault identification and analysis that the service provider could arrive at the venue to attend to a machine fault even before the venue operator is aware that a fault exists! These responses are fully customisable – service companies can be notified of fatal faults immediately – while operators are notified of less serious issues. Specifically tailor your system to supply as little or as much detail as desired.
